Memorandum of Understanding

The Petersburg School Board and the Virginia Board of Education entered into this Memorandum of Understanding in April 2016. The agreement remains in effect until all Petersburg schools are fully accredited or until revised by both boards. A Corrective Action Plan is in place that is aligned to the priorities within the Memorandum of Understanding.

The Petersburg School Board and the Petersburg Bureau of Police (SROs) entered into this Memorandum of Understanding in February 2023.
